Eliminating Odours from Carpets and Upholstery

 Smells in carpets and furniture come in all forms.

It good be airborne such as smoke from tobacco and kitchens, including marijuana.

Or it could be from pets and lack of maintenance.

People leave windows open for the odours to escape only to find it hasn’t. You may use a lot of air fresheners that again mask the problem for a while.

Neutralising the stenches all depends on what it is.

As an example, if a pet smells, this will be in the fibres and fabrics. This may be extracted during a standard steam clean, followed by deodoriser application afterwards.

Smoke such as weed penetrates everything porous.

So it will be in the furniture, walls and ceilings.

Some will paint these only to discover it has returned.

The only successful method is using a specialist product plus an ozone machine.

We apply our solution on the walls and ceilings and allow this to have a chemical reaction.

After 15 minutes we will turn on the ozone machine.

No living occupants can be in the same room including pets and fish.

The cycle runs for 45 minutes.

When we switch on it is by remote control.

Upon activation, millions of electron beams bounce around the room, which when it come into contact with anything, start to neutralise the smells.

An extra oxygen element is added to the molecular structure of the odour chemical.

When the cycle is complete we open all doors and windows and we use our nose to test.

So how do we evaluate a price?

We charge £85 per cycle.

So it is a 3 bedroom property that would be three bedrooms, stairs and landing, lounge, and kitchen. 6 areas in total.

Six times £85=£510

If the cycle needs to be extended, the cost will be amended pro rata.
